Soothing sound + restorative care for life’s tender moments.

Welcome, it’s a privilege that our paths have found each other.

I’m Elizabeth, a trauma-informed sound meditation facilitator, 250-hour certified yoga teacher, and pediatric speech-language pathologist. Through sound, vibration, and mindful presence, I guide individuals and families through life’s transitions, from everyday stress and grief to the delicate passage of crossing over. I believe healing starts with community and unfolds as one is witnessed and embraced by the human experience of returning to the body, mind, and heart. Through sound, one can move gently into their own rhythm, finding balance, calm, and connection.

Guided by my ancestry as the grandchild of Holocaust survivors and nurtured by a family of musicians, I offer culturally responsive, inclusive, and compassionate care. I weave rhythm and tone into each individualized session to support emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and a sense of peace within one's heart. Alongside this work, I continue to practice as a pediatric speech-language pathologist as a Visiting Clinical Assistant Professor at Northwestern University where I support communication and developmental needs for children and families (connect here for more information about speech services).

Join me in discovering how my sound offerings can support and guide your journey.
